## Coverage standards

- Always offer a $1M umbrella on LRO and self storage risks.
- Quote flood whenever the building value passes $1,000,000.
- Document the TRIA election on every surplus placement, accept or reject.
- Never bind until recalled electrical panels are ruled out in writing.
- Require currently valued loss runs before any renewal remarket.
